I would like Butterball Kennel to make arrangements for a flight nanny to fly my pup to me. The cost is $600 within the United States. Below is my preferred date of delivery.

This would be my 2nd date preferred if the first is not available.

Keep in mind your pup's balance is due by 7 weeks of age. Please select your payment method. If picking up day after vet exam, we will allow cash only payment however NO other form of payment will be acceptable.
